About this product
An orange sky, a white sun on the horizon and blue waves curling under foamy crests. NAMI reinterprets the timeless wave motif of Japanese woodblock prints as layered wall art. The name says it all: nami means wave in Japanese.
The panel is 3D printed layer by layer. Stacked colour layers give the surface a real relief, so as the light changes through the day the shadows of the waves shift and the piece looks a little different at every hour.
It arrives fitted in a wood-look frame, with screws and wall plugs, ready to hang. At 27.5 × 27.5 cm framed, it makes a strong focal point above a console in the living room, across from the desk in a study or on its own in an entrance hall, and brings life to a plain wall in japandi and minimal interiors in particular.
